These terms apply to your use of the Capital Land Co website and to our SMS text-message program. Capital Land Co is the brand name of Capital Land Co LLC, registered at 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this website

This website describes what we do and lets you contact us about land you may be considering selling, subdividing, or developing. Please use it lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it.

The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a valuation, a commitment to purchase, or professional advice. Any opportunity we discuss with you remains subject to due diligence, planning requirements, site constraints, and relevant approvals.

Enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, your enquiry is stored and sent to us by email so that we can read and respond to it. Submitting an enquiry does not create any agreement between us, and we may not be able to help with every property.

Please give us accurate information, and only submit a phone number or property details that you are entitled to provide.

Messaging terms (SMS/MMS)

Who sends the messages

Capital Land Co is the sender of the text messages described in this section. Messages are delivered through our messaging service provider, Launch Control.

What you are consenting to

If you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalised SMS/MMS messages from Capital Land Co at the mobile number you provided. These messages relate to:

How you opt in

The only way to join the program is to tick the text-message consent checkbox on our enquiry form yourself, and to provide a valid mobile number. The checkbox is separate, optional, and unchecked by default.

Consent is not a condition of purchase, and it is not required to submit an enquiry or to use this website. The checkbox is separate from these Terms — ticking it is a distinct choice, and agreeing to these Terms does not opt you into text messages.

Providing a phone number, on its own, is never treated as consent to receive text messages.

Message frequency and cost

Opting out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send one of those keywords, we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from the program. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again through the enquiry form and we will resume sending messages to you.

You can also unsubscribe by emailing oscar@capitallandco.com. Unsubscribing from text messages does not withdraw your enquiry, and we can still respond to you by email.

Help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, and we will reply with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe. You can also email oscar@capitallandco.com at any time.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, your device, and network conditions, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or that it will arrive without delay. Not all mobile carriers or devices are necessarily supported.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages you send to us and messages we send to you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Privacy

How we handle your mobile number and your consent record — including our commitment not to share or sell mobile information or SMS opt-in data — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and termination of the program

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the text-message program at any time, in whole or in part. We may also stop sending messages to you at our discretion.
