Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This policy explains what Capital Land Co (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it to describe what this website actually does, in plain language.

Capital Land Co is the brand name of Capital Land Co LLC, registered at 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

What personal information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect what you type into it:

Information collected automatically when you submit the form

When your enquiry reaches our server, we record a small amount of technical information alongside it:

We collect this for two reasons: to protect the form from automated abuse, and — if you selected the text-message option — to keep an accurate record of when and where you gave that consent. Telephone carriers and regulators can require us to produce evidence of consent, and this is how we are able to.

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use enquiry information

We use what you submit to:

Your enquiry is emailed to us so that a person can read and answer it.

How we use phone numbers

This is the part people most often want to be sure about, so we will be direct.

Giving us your phone number is not the same as agreeing to receive text messages. If you type a phone number into our form but do not tick the text-message checkbox, we will not add you to our text-message program. We treat that number as ordinary contact information — a way to phone or email you back about your enquiry — and nothing more.

We only send text messages to people who personally ticked the checkbox themselves. We never treat a number obtained from any other source — a purchased list, a skip trace, a public record, an imported lead, or an older enquiry submitted before this checkbox existed — as consent to text.

The SMS text-message program

What the program is for

If you tick the text-message checkbox on our enquiry form, you are agreeing to receive recurring automated promotional and personalised SMS/MMS messages from Capital Land Co at the number you provided. Those messages relate to the property enquiry you submitted, potential property-selling opportunities, and follow-up communications about them.

Consent is voluntary

The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and it is not required to submit an enquiry or to use this website. We will still read and respond to your enquiry if you leave it unticked.

Message frequency, rates, STOP and HELP

The full terms of the program are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and you do not need to give a reason. Reply STOP to any message, or email oscar@capitallandco.com and ask us to stop.

Withdrawing consent to text messages does not withdraw your enquiry — we can still reply to you by email if you would like us to.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Capital Land Co does not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers strictly as necessary to operate the website, the enquiry process, and the messaging service — and for no other purpose.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run this website and to handle enquiries, and they only receive what they need in order to do that job for us:

Launch Control processes your mobile number and consent record solely to deliver and manage the messages we send you. It does not receive that information for its own marketing purposes, and we do not authorise it to pass that information on to anyone else for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims — including demonstrating that a person consented to receive text messages.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. No website or system can be completely secure, however, and we do not claim otherwise.

We keep enquiry information for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you and to keep proper business records. Where you have given consent to receive text messages, we keep the record of that consent — including its wording and the time it was given — for as long as we may need to demonstrate that it was given, which may be after you have withdrawn it. If you would like your information removed, contact us and we will tell you what we can do.
